Bob Sr introduced the boys to jewellery manufacturing over 40 years ago. He’s a master engraver but is forbidden to touch the computer keyboards!

Research and Development
We can’t really tell you a lot about R and D as it is a family secret. You’ll have to marry one of our kids to get it. What we can say is that HIGHWOOD (Scott) spends a lot of time tinkering with new ways of raising the standards of recognition insignia. We’ve come a long way from the days of rubber molds to get the precision demanded by today’s market.
Production
Our plant in Pickering Ontario is where all of our production takes place. HIGHWOOD utilizes the finest in old-world craftsmanship and modern state of the art technologies to present the highest quality insignia jewellery ever made. New technologies such as Cad-Cam workstations and digital/analogue design systems have introduced an unprecedented level in geometric precision.
